Services Offered:

●	Response Time of 30 Minutes from receiving Call from the Member.

●	Petrol upto 5 liters at actual cost will be provided in case of emergency.

●	Replacement of punctured Tyre with Stepney.

●	Car2Car Towing is provided upto 5 km free, or to the nearest service station whichever is less. NOT applicable for accidental vehicles. In case car cannot be towed, contact numbers of Crane Service shall be provided.

●	Beyond this distance towing charges @ Rs.30/- per km. shall be charged.

●	Jump-start service. When Battery is discharged or Drained out.

●	All the Services are free of Cost, No labour, fitting, visiting Charges free. Spare Parts, Lube, Coolant, etc to be charged as per MRP.

●	On road lock out assistance service. When Keys are Locked inside the Vehicle.

Service Area:
Lakhanpur to Jammu NH1A, JammuCity, Akhnoor, Domail, Udhampur

Annual Service Fee:

Rs. 499.00 per car 
No Claim Bonus : 20% 1st year; 25% 2nd, 35% 3rd, 45% 4th & 50% 5th onwards.

NOT applicable for commercially used and /or Taxi, cars, vans or SUVs.
